Returns & Cancellations Policy
How to Return Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items without their original packaging.
Returning Mattresses
For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses or mattress toppers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If you wish to return a mattress that has not been opened, used, or damaged, a £60 collection charge will apply. This will be deducted from your refund. Please note that transporting large goods is costly, so we ask customers to be aware of these potential charges before placing an order.
Returning Beds, Divans & Other Items
You have 14 working days from receiving your goods to decide whether to keep them or return them for a refund or exchange. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you choose to return unwanted beds, divans, or similar items, a £60 collection charge will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Cancelling Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering are free of charge.

Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a £60 delivery cancellation fee, as items will already have been booked with our delivery team.
Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Any applicable cancellation or collection fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days of us receiving the returned goods.
